Cloudbet's help centre states that unverified accounts must wager 100% of deposits (and claimed tips) before withdrawing, and verified accounts 25%. Only settled bets count, so a bet on tonight's PBA game does not count until it settles. The withdrawal screen shows progress for each currency.

Fix: check the progress figure. If you have not completed it, either wait for open bets to settle or, if you plan to keep playing anyway, play within your normal budget. Completing verification reduces the requirement for future deposits. Do not increase stakes simply to clear it.

Cloudbet describes a daily withdrawal limit of US$2,200 for accounts that have not reached its higher verification level, which requires photo ID, proof of address and face verification. Note that submitting documents does not lift limits until they are approved. If your request is above your daily limit, withdraw within it or wait for approval.

Large withdrawals, a new withdrawal address, a change in account details, unusual betting patterns, or login activity from new devices can prompt a manual review. Cloudbet's terms reserve the right to verify identity on an ongoing basis, including when activity appears unusual.

Fix: respond promptly to any request for information, keep your answers consistent and honest, and avoid submitting repeated withdrawal requests, which can complicate the review.

An active bonus may restrict withdrawals until its conditions are met, or winnings from it may be subject to specific rules. A bet that has not settled yet, for example a parlay with one leg still to play, an esports match that was postponed, or a market waiting on an official result, keeps that stake out of your withdrawable balance.
