How to Send Crypto from PDAX to a Casino: Networks, Limits, Fees at Travel Rule

This guide walks through sending crypto from a PDAX account to a crypto casino deposit address, using Cloudbet as the example, and bringing winnings back to pesos. Everything here comes from PDAX's support centre and fees page and Cloudbet's help centre as of October 2026. Both platforms change their coin and network lists, so treat the tables below as a starting point and confirm on the live screens before you press Send. PDAX sorts users into account levels, and the level decides whether you can send crypto out at all. According to PDAX's support article on withdrawal limits, a Basic account has a daily withdrawal limit of ₱0, so it cannot send anything off the platform. The published daily limits for the higher levels are:

PDAX says the limits reset at midnight Philippine time. For most players, finishing verification to the Verified level is the only upgrade needed. Do this a day or two before you plan to deposit anywhere, because waiting on ID review when you are in a hurry is exactly when people start looking for risky shortcuts.

This is the part where PDAX differs most from other Philippine apps. PDAX's network list shows USDT on Ethereum (labelled simply USDT), Tron (USDTTRX), Polygon (USDTPOL), Solana (USDTSOL), TON (USDTTON), Celo (USDTCELO), Kaia (USDTKAIA) and Plasma (USDT0). Cloudbet's help centre lists USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Tron and TON, and says it does not support bridged tokens. Putting the two side by side:

Two traps stand out. First, if a guide or a friend tells you to "just use BEP-20," that advice does not work on PDAX, because PDAX does not list USDT on BNB Smart Chain. Second, PDAX promoted zero network fees on USDT0 (Plasma) withdrawals starting in March 2026, while supplies last. Free sounds great, but Plasma is not on Cloudbet's USDT list, so a "free" send there to a casino address could mean losing the whole amount. You do not have to use USDT. These coins appear on both PDAX's network list and Cloudbet's supported list, on their native chains:

• Bitcoin (PDAX sends on SegWit addresses; Cloudbet accepts native BTC)
• Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano and Tron (TRX)
• XRP and Stellar (XLM), both of which use a destination tag or memo
• USDC on Ethereum, Polygon, Solana or Base. PDAX also lists USDC on Arbitrum, Worldchain and Stellar, but those are not on Cloudbet's USDC list.
• Ether on Ethereum, and ETH on Base (PDAX's ETHBASE) where the casino shows Base for ETH

Stablecoins remove price movement between buying and depositing. With Bitcoin or Solana, the peso value can shift in the minutes your transfer takes, which matters more for small budgets than people expect.

Before you can buy crypto, you load pesos. PDAX's fees page lists several cash-in channels, and the cost difference is bigger than many users realise:

For InstaPay, PDAX's instructions say the account number is your verified mobile number in 639xxxxxxxxx format. A 3% e-wallet fee on top of exchange spread and network fee adds up quickly, so if you have a UnionBank account, the free online transfer route is usually the cheapest way in. Fees change, so read the cash-in screen before you confirm.

Step-by-step: PDAX papunta sa casino

1. Open the casino's deposit screen first. In Cloudbet, go to Deposit, pick the coin, and note which networks it offers. Decide the network here, not in PDAX.
2. Buy the coin in PDAX with enough extra to cover the network fee, which PDAX shows before you confirm. PDAX says withdrawal fees are not fixed: they depend on the asset, the network and current gas costs.
3. Copy a fresh deposit address from the casino for the chosen network, plus any memo or tag.
4. In PDAX, go to Portfolio, then Send. Choose the coin, then choose the network. Check that the network name matches the casino's screen exactly.
5. Enter the amount and paste the address, or scan the casino's QR code.
6. Tap Send. PDAX then emails you a one-time code and an approval request (subject lines like "PDAX Payment Out Confirm - Action Required" or "[PDAX] Authorization Request").
7. Approve within 10 minutes. Open the email and tap Confirm Payment Out. PDAX's support article says the link expires after 10 minutes; if you miss it, start again.
8. Wait for the success email, then watch the casino balance. Some withdrawals go through a security review, which PDAX says it aims to finish within an hour.
9. For a new address, send a small test first, wait for it to credit, then send the rest.

Tip: Saved Recipients

PDAX lets you store recipients with their asset, network and address, with no limit on how many. Saving the casino address avoids copy-paste errors later, but only if that address stays valid. Many casinos show the same address for a coin and network for a long time, but if the deposit screen ever shows a different one, update the saved entry rather than relying on the old one.

Ang Travel Rule: kapag ₱50,000 pataas

PDAX applies the Travel Rule under BSP Circular No. 1108 (2021). Its support article says that for sends of ₱50,000 or more, you must provide the recipient's name and address and the name of the receiving exchange or wallet. PDAX also says it shares your own details, including name, customer ID, address and date and place of birth, with the receiving exchange.

For a casino deposit, the honest answer to "who is the recipient" is the casino. Answer truthfully. Do not split one large deposit into smaller sends to stay under the threshold, and do not describe the destination as something it is not. Breaking transfers up to avoid reporting can itself be treated as a red flag under anti-money-laundering rules, and false declarations can lead to a frozen account.

PDAX's user agreement says the platform must be used in line with applicable Philippine laws and rules, and that PDAX may ask about the nature of a transaction and the source of funds. It also says you may not use your account on behalf of someone else, or receive funds just to pass them to a third party. Philippine law treats online gambling not licensed by PAGCOR as illegal, and Cloudbet is licensed in Curaçao, not by PAGCOR. That means sending to an offshore casino carries a real risk that PDAX could question, limit or close your account. Weigh that before you use your main exchange account, and never lend your account to anyone who wants to "load" through you.

1. In PDAX, open the coin, choose Receive, and select the network. Copy the address and any tag.
2. In Cloudbet, choose Withdraw, select the same coin and network, paste the PDAX address and confirm with your security steps.

Two PDAX rules matter on the way back. First, PDAX charges an unclaimed-funds penalty of 3% or ₱3,000, whichever is higher, to recover deposits sent with a wrong or missing tag or on an unsupported network, so the network check matters just as much on this side. Second, PDAX says some incoming Ethereum, USDC and USDT deposits that come from smart contracts are processed manually rather than automatically. If a withdrawal shows as complete on the explorer but has not appeared after a reasonable wait, open a support ticket with the transaction hash.

Also check Cloudbet's playthrough before requesting a withdrawal. Its help centre says unverified accounts must wager 100% of their deposits and verified accounts 25%.

He then buys USDT and picks Tron, because the casino lists it and the network fee shown in PDAX is low that day. He sends a small test, sees it credit, and sends the rest. Had he picked ERC-20 on a busy day, the gas fee alone might have taken a noticeable share of a ₱3,000 deposit. The cheapest route is a free cash-in plus a low-fee network that both sides list.

PDAX says it will never ask for your password or 2FA code by email, text or any channel outside its official login page. Fake "PDAX support" accounts on Facebook and Telegram are common, as are people offering to top up your casino balance through their PDAX account at a "special rate." Report suspicious contact through PDAX's support ticket system or support@pdax.ph, and only fund your casino account from your own verified account.
