This guide explains what "confirmations" are, roughly how long each common coin and network takes, why some deposits sit pending for an hour or more, and how to check your own transfer. Block times below are the networks' design figures, not promises; real waits depend on congestion, the fee you paid, and how many confirmations the casino requires. We use Cloudbet as the example casino throughout. Where a number comes from a third party rather than from Cloudbet itself, we say so.

Ano ba ang "confirmation"?
When you send crypto, your wallet broadcasts a transaction to the network. It first waits in a queue of unconfirmed transactions. When a block producer (a miner or validator) includes it in a block, it has one confirmation. Every block added after that adds another. Casinos wait for a certain number of confirmations because, on some networks, a very recent block can in rare cases be replaced, and a deposit credited too early could disappear.
So the total wait has three parts:
- Sending-side processing. An exchange or app may review or batch your withdrawal before it even reaches the blockchain.
- Getting into a block. Depends on network speed, congestion and the fee paid.
- Extra confirmations. However many more blocks the casino wants before crediting.
Many "my deposit is missing" worries are really just step one: the transfer has not left the sending app yet.
Gaano katagal kada coin? (design block times)
| Coin / network | Typical block time | What that usually means for a deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | About 10 minutes on average | Often 10 to 60 minutes; longer when busy or underpaid |
| Bitcoin Cash | About 10 minutes | Similar block rhythm to Bitcoin, usually less congested |
| Litecoin | About 2.5 minutes | Commonly well under half an hour |
| Dogecoin | About 1 minute | Usually minutes |
| Ethereum (ETH, USDT/USDC ERC-20) | 12-second slots | Usually minutes; full finality takes roughly 13 minutes |
| Tron (TRX, USDT TRC-20) | About 3 seconds | Usually a minute or two |
| Polygon | About 2 seconds | Usually a minute or two |
| Solana | Under a second per slot | Usually under a minute |
| TON | A few seconds | Usually a minute or two |
| XRP Ledger | 3 to 5 seconds per ledger | Usually under a minute, if the tag is right |
Bitcoin's 10 minutes is an average, not a timer. Blocks can come two minutes apart or forty. If the casino wants more than one Bitcoin confirmation, the variance adds up, which is why Bitcoin deposits feel unpredictable compared with Tron or Solana.
Ilang confirmations ang kailangan ng Cloudbet?
Honest answer: the Cloudbet help pages we checked do not publish a confirmation count for each coin. Its wiki says deposits are credited once the transaction is verified on the network. Some third-party review sites claim Bitcoin needs one confirmation, Ethereum about 12, and Litecoin about 6, but they disagree with each other and we could not confirm those numbers from Cloudbet itself, so treat them as rough guides only. The reliable approach is to watch your transaction on a block explorer and, if it has plenty of confirmations but the balance has not moved, contact the casino's support.
Whatever the count, the network choice matters far more than the casino setting. A USDT deposit on Tron, Polygon or Solana will usually land faster than the same amount of USDT on Ethereum, and far faster than Bitcoin on a busy day.
Bakit na-stuck ang deposit ko?
1. Hindi pa umaalis sa exchange
Exchanges often hold withdrawals for checks. PDAX, for example, says some withdrawals go through a security review that it aims to finish within an hour, and it requires you to approve each send from an email link within 10 minutes. If your exchange history says "processing" or "pending," the blockchain has not seen your transaction yet, and there is nothing the casino can do. Our Coins.ph guide and Maya crypto guide cover those apps' own send steps.
2. Masyadong mababa ang fee (Bitcoin)
On Bitcoin, block space goes to the highest fees first. When you send from your own wallet with a low fee during busy periods, the transaction can sit unconfirmed for hours. Some wallets support "Replace-by-Fee" to bump the fee on a stuck transaction. If your wallet offers it, that is the safe way to speed things up. Do not send a second deposit to "push" the first one; it will not help and may leave you with two pending transfers.
3. Congested ang network
Big market moves, popular token launches and similar events can slow Ethereum and sometimes other networks. Fees rise and confirmations take longer. Low-fee networks are not immune, but they recover quickly.
4. Maling network o kulang ang tag
If the transaction shows many confirmations on the explorer but the casino shows nothing, check the network and tag before anything else. A deposit on a network the casino does not list, or an XRP or TON transfer without the required tag or memo, will not credit automatically and may be lost. Our wrong-network guide covers what to do next.
5. Mas mababa sa minimum
Casinos set minimum deposits per coin. If the amount that arrives after network fees is below that minimum, it may not credit. This often happens when someone sends exactly the minimum without accounting for the fee.
6. Lumang address
Deposit addresses can change. Reusing an address from months ago, or from a screenshot, risks sending to an address the casino no longer watches. Always copy a fresh one from the deposit screen.
Paano i-track ang transaction mo
Every on-chain transfer has a transaction hash (also called TXID). Your sending app usually shows it in the transaction details once the transfer is broadcast. Paste it into the explorer for that network:
| Network | Commonly used explorer |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin | mempool.space or blockchair.com |
| Ethereum | etherscan.io |
| Tron | tronscan.org |
| Polygon | polygonscan.com |
| Solana | solscan.io |
| TON | tonviewer.com or tonscan.org |
| Litecoin, Dogecoin | blockchair.com |
What to look for:
- Status: unconfirmed, pending, success or failed.
- Confirmations (or block number): more is better.
- To address: does it match the casino's deposit address exactly?
- Token and network: for USDT, check it is real USDT on the network you meant, not a bridged version.
- Amount received after fees.
If there is no transaction hash yet, the transfer has not left your exchange. Check the exchange's history and support, not the casino's.
Gaano katagal bago ako dapat mag-alala?
These are rules of thumb, not guarantees:
- Fast networks (Tron, Polygon, Solana, TON, XRP): if the explorer shows success and it is not credited after about 30 minutes, contact support.
- Ethereum: if it is confirmed and finalized and an hour has passed with nothing, contact support.
- Bitcoin: if it is still unconfirmed, the issue is the fee or congestion, and support cannot speed it up. If it has several confirmations and still has not credited after an hour or two, contact support.
When you contact the casino, give the coin, network, amount, time sent, deposit address and transaction hash. That one message usually resolves things faster than a long back-and-forth.
Halimbawa: dalawang deposit, magkaibang bilis (made-up scenario)
This story is invented to illustrate the point. Ana and Ben each deposit the peso equivalent of about 30 USDT at the same time. Ana sends USDT on Tron from her exchange; it clears the exchange in a few minutes, the explorer shows success within a minute of broadcast, and her balance updates soon after. Ben sends Bitcoin from a personal wallet and picks the lowest fee because it is a small amount. A busy hour means his transaction waits in the queue for over an hour before entering a block. Nothing is wrong with Ben's deposit; he simply chose the slowest, most fee-sensitive option for a small, time-sensitive transfer.
The lesson: for small deposits you want to use soon, a fast, low-fee network that the casino lists is the practical choice. Our cheapest way to send crypto guide compares the costs.

Deposit vs withdrawal: magkaibang oras
Deposit timing is mostly about the blockchain. Withdrawals add the casino's own processing on top. Cloudbet's help centre says confirmed withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, after which the network delivers the funds. Our Cloudbet withdrawal time and withdrawal pending guides cover that direction, including how deposit playthrough affects it: Cloudbet's help centre says unverified accounts must wager 100% of deposits and verified accounts 25% before withdrawing.
Mga paraan para bumilis ang susunod mong deposit
- Choose a fast network that both your sending app and the casino list, such as USDT on Tron, Polygon or Solana.
- Finish verification on your exchange ahead of time so withdrawals are not held for checks.
- Send a little above the casino minimum to cover fees.
- Copy a fresh deposit address and include any memo or tag.
- For Bitcoin from a personal wallet, use the recommended fee, not the lowest.
- Save the transaction hash the moment it appears.
- Do not deposit right before a game starts if you are using a slow coin.
Mga madalas na maling akala
- "Success sa app ko, so dapat nasa casino na." "Success" in an exchange app may mean the request was accepted, not that the blockchain has confirmed it.
- "Kung mag-send ulit ako, bibilis." A second transfer does not speed up the first.
- "Pare-pareho lang ang USDT." The same token on different networks has very different speeds and fees, and only listed networks will credit.
- "Puwedeng i-cancel ng support." Once confirmed, blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by the casino or the exchange.
Bantay sa "deposit recovery" scams
When people post in Facebook groups or Telegram that their deposit is stuck, fake "recovery agents" and "support staff" often reply within minutes. They ask for your seed phrase, a "release fee" or remote access to your phone. Real casino and exchange support will never ask for your seed phrase, password or 2FA codes. Use only the support links inside the official app or site.
Isang note sa oras ng araw
Blockchains run around the clock, so there is no "banking hours" delay on the network itself. The parts that do follow office rhythms are the human ones: exchange compliance reviews, support queues and, on the way back, peso cash-outs through PESONet, which settle on banking days. If you deposit late at night and your exchange flags the send for review, it may wait until staff look at it. Plan bigger transfers for a time when you can answer an email or a verification request quickly, and keep the screenshots and transaction hash until the funds are safely credited.

Bottom line
A crypto casino deposit is credited only after the sending app releases it and the blockchain confirms it. Tron, Polygon, Solana, TON and XRP usually take a minute or two; Ethereum takes minutes; Bitcoin can take ten minutes to an hour or more depending on fees and congestion. If it is slow, find the transaction hash, check the explorer, confirm the network, tag and amount, and contact support with those details if the transfer is confirmed but still not credited.
Mga Madalas Itanong (FAQ)
Gaano katagal ang crypto deposit sa casino?
It depends on the network. USDT on Tron, Polygon or Solana usually arrives within minutes; Bitcoin often takes 10 to 60 minutes or more.
Ilang confirmations ang kailangan ng Cloudbet?
Cloudbet's help pages we checked do not publish a per-coin count. Its wiki says deposits credit once the transaction is verified. Track yours on a block explorer.
Bakit pending pa rin ang Bitcoin deposit ko?
Usually a low fee or a busy network. If your wallet supports Replace-by-Fee, you can raise the fee; otherwise wait.
Wala pang transaction hash, ano ang ibig sabihin?
The transfer has not left your exchange or wallet yet. Check the sending app's history and support.
Confirmed na sa explorer pero wala sa balance, ano gagawin?
Check the network, tag and minimum, then contact the casino's support with the coin, network, amount, address and transaction hash.
Puwede bang i-cancel ang crypto deposit?
No. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, neither the casino nor the exchange can reverse it.
Aling network ang pinakamabilis para sa deposit?
Tron, Polygon, Solana, TON and XRP are usually fastest, as long as the casino lists that network for your coin.
