Cloudbet vs BC.Game Philippines: Licence, Bonus, Peso Payments and Payouts Compared (2026)
Welcome bonus for new players + fast crypto payouts. Just helping a brother out.
18+/21+. Crypto only. Ad: we may earn a commission. Play responsibly. October 2026

Cloudbet o BC.Game, saan ka mas safe maglaro? Pareho silang crypto-first, pareho silang tumatanggap ng Pinoy players, at pareho silang walang PAGCOR licence. Pero magkaiba ang regulator nila, magkaiba ang style ng bonus, at magkaiba ang paraan ng pag-cash in mula sa Pilipinas.
Pare, we went through both sites' published terms, licence registers and help pages so you don't have to. Below is a straight side-by-side on the stuff that actually hits your wallet: who regulates them, what the welcome offer really costs you in wagering, how pesos and crypto get in and out, how verification works, and where each one is weak.

Quick verdict
- Regulator. Cloudbet runs under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence (OGL/2024/328/0599) held by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. BC.Game runs under an Anjouan (Union of Comoros) licence, ALSI-202410011-FI1, held by Twocent Technology Limited of Belize. Neither is a PAGCOR licensee.
- Bonus style. Cloudbet pays back over 30 days through rakeback and cash drops with no big bonus balance to clear. BC.Game uses a classic multi-deposit match with free spins and 35x wagering on casino bonus funds.
- Payments. Both are built around crypto. BC.Game also shows a peso balance and local options to Philippine visitors, but since the August 2025 e-wallet order any GCash route goes through third-party payment pages, not an in-app gambling link.
- Payout rules. Cloudbet publishes exact withdrawal limits and playthrough. BC.Game's limits appear only once you're logged in, and complaints about it cluster around withdrawals on unverified accounts.
- Our take: if you want simple, published rules and a bonus you don't have to grind, Cloudbet is the cleaner pick. BC.Game suits players who love in-house crash-style games and chasing a big match bonus, as long as they verify early.

Licence check: Curaçao vs Anjouan
Why neither one is "legal sa Pinas" in the PAGCOR sense
PAGCOR's charter makes it the body that licenses games of chance in the Philippines. An offshore licence lets a company operate under another regulator's rules; it doesn't bring the site into the Philippine system. So if anyone tells you BC.Game or Cloudbet is "PAGCOR-approved", that's false. PAGCOR also ended all offshore gaming licences in December 2024 after the POGO ban, so there's no such thing as a current PAGCOR-accredited offshore casino. For the legal background in plain language, read our page on whether offshore betting sites are legal in the Philippines.
Cloudbet's Curaçao licence
Curaçao rebuilt its gaming law and moved operators onto licences issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Cloudbet's certificate lists cloudbet.com under Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. with licence number OGL/2024/328/0599, and the seal in the site footer links to it. A CGA licence comes with a formal complaints route, which matters if a payout is ever disputed. Our deep dive is at is Cloudbet legal in the Philippines.
BC.Game's move to Anjouan
BC.Game used to operate under Curaçao too. In December 2024 it announced it was withdrawing its Curaçao licence, shortly after a Curaçao court declared two of its former operating companies bankrupt. The brand said its finances were healthy and its international business was unaffected, and it moved to an Anjouan licence held by Twocent Technology Limited. You can check that licence through the validation seal in BC.Game's footer, which shows the company, its Belize address and a "valid" status.
Anjouan is a newer, smaller regulator that has licensed many crypto casinos since 2024. Its excluded territories include Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US, but not the Philippines, which is why BC.Game takes Pinoy sign-ups. The practical point for you: if something goes wrong, you'd be dealing with a regulator on an island in the Comoros, with no Philippine body able to step in.
Which licence protects you better?
Neither gives you the protection of a local licence. Between the two, Curaçao's reformed system is more established and has a published dispute process, while Anjouan is younger and less tested. We'd rate that a small edge to Cloudbet, not a knockout. What protects you most is still how you play: verify early, keep balances small, and withdraw regularly.
Welcome offers, decoded
Cloudbet: rewards for playing, not a bonus to grind
Cloudbet's Welcome Package is triggered by a first deposit of any size. For the next 30 days, starting from your first bet, you earn casino rakeback of 10% of the house edge on your casino wagers, plus daily casino cash drops and weekly sports cash drops, up to a total of US$2,500. What you earn lands as real money, so there's no separate bonus wallet with a playthrough hanging over it.
The catch: most of the value comes from casino play. If you only bet on the PBA and NBA, you'll get the weekly sports drops but not the rakeback.
BC.Game: big percentages, real wagering
BC.Game's help centre describes its current new-user offer as 60 free spins with no deposit needed, followed by matches on your first four deposits (120%, 100%, 150% and 100%), each with 100 free spins. The terms that matter are the wagering: casino bonus funds carry 35x wagering, and winnings from the spins carry 40x. BC.Game changes its bonuses often and the exact figures can differ by region, so check the bonus page inside your own account.
What 35x actually means in pesos
Say you deposit ₱2,000 and get a 120% match, which is ₱2,400 in bonus funds. At 35x on the bonus, you'd need to wager ₱84,000 before that bonus becomes withdrawable. On a slot with 96% RTP, the expected loss on ₱84,000 of spins is around ₱3,360, which is more than the bonus itself. That doesn't mean you can't win, but on average the bonus costs you more than it gives. That's normal for big match offers, and it's why we prefer Cloudbet's style for casual players. Our guide to wagering requirements walks through the same maths for any offer.
| Example | Cloudbet | BC.Game (120% first-deposit tier) |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | ₱2,000 in USDT | ₱2,000 |
| Bonus credited | None up front | ₱2,400 bonus funds |
| Wagering to unlock | None; rakeback and drops are paid as you play | 35 × ₱2,400 = ₱84,000 |
| Can you withdraw early? | Yes, after the normal deposit playthrough | Bonus and its winnings are lost if you withdraw before clearing |
Getting money in from the Philippines
The GCash and Maya situation
Since August 2025, the BSP has required e-wallets to remove links to online gambling from their apps. You can't tap a betting site inside GCash or Maya anymore. Some sites now route peso deposits through third-party payment pages or manual transfers to a merchant account. Those can work, but you're trusting a middleman you've never heard of. For background, see our page on depositing to a crypto casino with GCash.
Funding Cloudbet
Cloudbet doesn't take pesos directly. You buy crypto first and send it to your own deposit address. Most Pinoy players use USDT because it holds its value against the dollar, so a ₱5,000 deposit doesn't shrink while it's in transit. The usual path:
- Buy USDT in GCrypto inside GCash, in Maya, or on a local exchange such as Coins.ph or PDAX.
- In Cloudbet, open Deposit, choose USDT and pick the network your wallet supports (TRC20 and BEP20 are usually the cheapest).
- Copy the address, send a small test amount first, then the rest once it arrives.
Cloudbet supports dozens of coins, including BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, XRP, DOGE, USDC and USDT on several networks. Picking the wrong network is the most common mistake, and our page on sending crypto on the wrong network explains what to do if it happens.
Funding BC.Game
BC.Game accepts a long list of cryptocurrencies, and Philippine visitors also see a peso balance and local payment options. Peso deposits look convenient, but after the e-wallet order they run through payment processors rather than an official GCash link, and availability changes from week to week. Crypto is the more predictable route on BC.Game too: buy USDT locally and send it on the right network.
Whichever site you use, don't hand cash to an "agent" on Facebook or Telegram who promises to load your account. That isn't a payment method, it's how people lose money with no trail.
Cashing out and verification
Cloudbet's published rules
Cloudbet's help centre spells out the numbers. Accounts that haven't completed full verification can withdraw up to US$2,200 a day. Level 2 verification, which involves ID, proof of address and a face check, removes the daily cap, though very large withdrawals can still be reviewed. Before you withdraw, you need to have wagered your deposits: 100% for unverified accounts and 25% for verified ones. Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, and the network fee is shown before you confirm. More detail is in our Cloudbet withdrawal time guide.
BC.Game's process
BC.Game's crypto withdrawals are often processed quickly once an account is in good standing, and review sites describe peso withdrawals taking anywhere from minutes to a few days. Its verification asks for ID plus a selfie. The weak spot is that limits and requirements are shown only after you log in, and player complaints on review sites mostly involve withdrawals held on unverified accounts or accounts closed after a bonus review. The fix is simple: finish KYC before you deposit anything meaningful, and don't open a second account for another bonus.
If a withdrawal gets stuck
- Check whether a bonus is still active. On BC.Game, an uncleared bonus is the usual reason a balance can't be withdrawn.
- Check whether verification is pending. Upload clear photos, not screenshots of screenshots.
- Talk to support through the official site only, and keep screenshots of every chat.
- If support doesn't fix it, use the regulator's complaints route: the CGA process for Cloudbet, the Anjouan licence route for BC.Game.
- Ignore anyone who DMs you offering to "unlock" a withdrawal for a fee. It's always a scam.

Sportsbook: PBA, NBA and esports
Both run full sportsbooks with live betting, but the feel is different.
- Cloudbet is a sports-first brand. It's known in reviews for high limits on major markets, it covers the NBA, PBA and international basketball, boxing, football and the big esports titles like Dota 2 and Counter-Strike, and it lets you build parlays of up to 15 selections.
- BC.Game covers football, basketball, tennis, boxing, cricket and esports with live and pre-match markets. Its sportsbook is a solid add-on, but the brand is built around its casino.
If sports are your main thing, Cloudbet is the more natural home. Either way, compare the odds on the same market before you bet. A few points of margin add up fast over a season of PBA games. Our guide to PBA betting lines covers how to read the lines.
Casino and in-house games
This is where BC.Game stands out. Its "Originals" section, with Crash, Limbo, Plinko, Mines, Dice and more, is a big reason people sign up. These are fast, simple games with provably fair results you can check. BC.Game also lists thousands of slots and live tables, and review sites mention a Pragmatic Play live studio aimed at Filipino players.
Cloudbet's casino is smaller but well stocked: Evolution live tables, plenty of slots, and its own provably fair Dice. If you mostly play live baccarat, roulette or game shows, both have what you need. If you want a huge menu of crash-style originals, BC.Game has more.
A word of caution on crash-style games: rounds take seconds, so it's easy to burn through a balance without noticing. Set a session limit before you start.
Mobile use
Cloudbet says it has no app and that any app using its name is fake. You play through the mobile browser, which works well on Android and iPhone, and you can pin it to your home screen. See our Cloudbet mobile guide.
BC.Game promotes app-style downloads. Google doesn't allow real-money gambling apps on the Play Store in the Philippines, so any BC.Game "app" you find is installed from outside the store. If you go that way, only download from the official bc.game site, never from a link in a group chat, because fake APKs are a common way to steal e-wallet logins.
Safety checklist for either site
- Type the address yourself. Copycat domains for both brands exist. Bookmark the real one.
- Turn on two-factor authentication before your first deposit.
- Verify early. It's much less stressful than doing it after a win.
- One account only. Both sites close duplicate accounts and can keep the balance.
- Read the bonus rules first. Especially on BC.Game, where a bonus can lock your balance until wagering is done.
- Withdraw regularly. Don't treat a casino wallet as savings.
- No VPN tricks. If a site blocks your location, don't fake it. That's grounds for closing the account.
Who should pick which
| If you… | Better fit |
|---|---|
| Mostly bet on PBA, NBA, boxing or esports | Cloudbet |
| Want a bonus you don't have to wager 35 times | Cloudbet |
| Want withdrawal limits you can read before signing up | Cloudbet |
| Love Crash, Plinko, Mines and other quick originals | BC.Game |
| Want the site in Filipino and a peso balance | BC.Game |
| Like chasing big match percentages and don't mind heavy wagering | BC.Game |
A quick test before you commit
Whichever site you lean toward, run a small test first. Deposit the equivalent of ₱500 to ₱1,000 in USDT, place a few bets, then request a withdrawal back to your own wallet. Time how long it takes, note the fees, and see whether verification is triggered. That one cycle tells you more about a site than any review, including this one, and it costs you very little if something turns out to be off.
Bottom line
Pare, both are real, long-running brands, and both are outside PAGCOR's system, so treat either one as offshore play with offshore risks. Cloudbet wins on clarity: a better-established regulator, a reward package without a heavy playthrough, and withdrawal rules you can read before you sign up. BC.Game wins on casino variety and local touches like the Filipino interface and peso balance, but its bonus is costly to clear and its limits are less transparent.
For most Filipino crypto players, especially sports bettors, Cloudbet is the smarter starting point. Read our full Cloudbet review first, then start with a small USDT deposit to test the process.

Mga Madalas Itanong (FAQ)
Is BC.Game legal in the Philippines?
BC.Game holds an offshore licence from Anjouan (ALSI-202410011-FI1), not a PAGCOR licence. The Philippines isn't on its restricted list, so it accepts Filipino sign-ups, but it is outside the Philippine licensing system and you have no local regulator to complain to.
Is Cloudbet safer than BC.Game?
Both are long-running brands. Cloudbet's Curaçao Gaming Authority licence comes from a more established regulator with a published complaints process, and it lists its withdrawal limits openly. BC.Game moved to the newer Anjouan regulator in late 2024. We give Cloudbet a small edge on transparency.
Which has the better welcome bonus, Cloudbet or BC.Game?
BC.Game's percentages look bigger, but its casino bonus funds carry 35x wagering. Cloudbet's 30-day package pays rakeback and cash drops as real money with no big playthrough. For most casual players, Cloudbet's offer is easier to benefit from.
Can I deposit pesos on BC.Game?
BC.Game shows a peso balance and local options to Philippine visitors, but since August 2025 e-wallets can't link to gambling sites, so peso deposits go through third-party processors. Many players find buying USDT and sending it more predictable.
Does Cloudbet accept GCash?
Not directly. Buy USDT in GCash GCrypto, Maya or a local exchange, then send it to your own Cloudbet deposit address on the matching network.
Why did BC.Game leave Curaçao?
In December 2024 BC.Game said it was withdrawing its Curaçao licence, citing the island's legal environment, shortly after a court declared two of its former operating companies bankrupt. It now operates under an Anjouan licence through Twocent Technology Limited.
Do Cloudbet or BC.Game have apps?
Cloudbet has no app and says any app using its name is fake. BC.Game offers downloads from its own site, but gambling apps aren't on the Play Store in the Philippines, so only install from the official site, if at all.
